3. 📅 Seva Scheduling & Delivery
• Your donation is scheduled for seva within 1–3 days or on a specific date if requested.
• Seva is carried out by our on-ground volunteers with full responsibility.
4. 📸 Proof of Seva (Photo/Video)
• We provide 100% proof of every seva via WhatsApp or email — usually within 24 hours after the seva is completed.
• If we are unable to reach you, you can contact our team directly for updates.
5. 👥 Donor Privacy
• Donor names, faces, or personal details are never shared publicly without consent.
• Icons or symbolic photos may be used in testimonials to protect identity.
6. 🔄 Seva Type & Food Details
• Food provided may vary based on availability, animal health, and season.
• Common meals include roti, milk, bread, rice, green fodder, chokar, and gud.
7. ⚠️ Rights Reserved
• The Manya Foundation reserves the right to modify, combine, or reschedule seva if operational challenges arise (weather, location issues, animal safety, etc.).
• Any such changes will be communicated respectfully.
8. 🛡️ Legal
• The Manya Foundation operates as a seva-based mission.
• All legal and financial responsibilities are managed with full integrity and upcoming formal registration (including 80G) will be shared with donors once completed.
