Q1. What do you feed the dogs?
We give fresh milk with bread, roti, toast, or rice — the same good food we eat at home. Only fresh and premium quality items like Amul or Mother Dairy are used.
Q2. Do you buy the food fresh or store it?
We buy it fresh daily before the seva.
Q3. Do you give anything else besides milk and bread?
Yes, we rotate between milk-bread, roti-sabzi, rice, and even dog food — so dogs enjoy variety.
Q4. Where do you do the dog feeding seva?
We do it in Ghaziabad, but our 95+ volunteers also perform seva across different cities in India.
Q5. How often do you feed the dogs?
Every 2–3 days based on donations. but when donation volume is high, we feed daily or even multiple times a day.
Q6. Who does the seva?
Our trained volunteers handle everything. Currently, we have 95+ active volunteers in India.
Q7. Is the seva recorded live?
Yes, seva is recorded live when it happens.
Q8. Is the seva done all at once or in parts?
We complete your full seva in one go.
Q9. How do I know my seva was done?
We print a seva slip with your name and hold it in the photo/video of your seva.
Q10. Is the amount I pay used for real dogs?
Yes, ₹25 = 1 full meal for 1 dog. We use 100% of your donation for feeding only.
Q11. When will I get my seva proof?
You will receive your photo/video proof on WhatsApp (9773661823) within 2–3 days after your donation.
Q12. How will I get my 80G receipt?
Your receipt is sent via WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of your seva.
Q13. What payment methods do you support?
We accept donations via Cashfree — UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, pay later, etc.
Q14. Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Please check our Refund Policy in the website footer for details.
Q15. Is there a minimum amount for 80G benefit?
No. Even ₹1 is eligible for 80G.

No. 100% of your donation goes into seva.
Q17. How do I know photos aren't fake?
We give your photo & video proof holding your name slip — both together. It’s not possible to fake both.
